We help companies reduce absenteeism and boost work efficiency and employee satisfaction through the power of yoga. We offer tailor-made programs to help them implement a meaningful wellbeing plan. Our yoga sessions are designed to meet the enterprise's requirements, no matter the size of the premise or regardless of the company culture.

In line with the yoga tradition, we focus on both body and mind. We promote better posture though simple, accessible yet efficient poses. We improve concentration and calm through gentle stretches and breathings. We believe that yoga is truly for everyone. Our approach is respectful, targeted and safe.

As we have a solid insight in the business world, we know you have little time to implement wellbeing programs. That is why we take all the organizational aspects in charge, so you can focus on your business. For face-to-face classes, we make sure our yoga sessions fit into your space and we provide mats and props if needed. For remote classes, we use a high-grade technical environment so you have excellent quality sound and image. In both cases, we measure satisfaction and provide you with feedback.

Yoga for the back

Whether in the upper or in the lower back, whether caused by stress or by bad posture, back ache is a major issue in enterprises. Yoga for the back is especially designed to release tensions in the back. These sessions use simple slow motions and some easy to come supports. They bring smoothness and ease in the whole body which brings back ache relief. They gently strengthen abdominal and dorsal muscles as well.

Mini yoga sessions

The benefits of a yoga session in only 15 minutes. Your employees won't have to change outfit or leave their desk. They won't have to go to yoga : yoga comes to them. These sessions take place in your premises, with small groups of 5 to 15 persons or individually. These yoga sessions take no more time than a "coffee and cigarette break". But they're so much healthier ! They help everyone in your company dealing with stress and body tensions.

Remote mini yoga sessions

All the benefits of a mini yoga session from home. These classes take place remotely so that your teleworkers can take some time to release tensions too. It’s an established fact that back pain and tensions become more and more common as employees put in long hours at home with less adapted furniture. With these sessions, they have a remote meeting with their yoga teacher and can practice at their own pace from home. This can be done in groups or individually.

Group yoga classes

These are regular yoga sessions taking place during lunch time on a yoga mat. They are made of a warm up, a few standard yoga poses - adapted to each participant - and a cool down. They end with breathing exercises and/or relaxation. These one-hour classes can take place in your premises or in a
studio nearby.

Stress release

These individual sessions are made for individuals who had to stop working due to burnout and for those who come back to work after a long illness. Yoga is an extremely powerful ally to deal with stress, anxiety and depression. It acts directly on the central nervous system through the body. The poses, stretches and breathings are 100% individualised according to each situation. The sessions can take place in your premises or in a private practice.

About Laurence

Laurence Verdonck brings wellbeing to your company through the power of yoga. She makes sure yoga is always adapted, simple, efficient and safe, so everyone can take the most out of it.

Prior to being a yoga teacher, Laurence was an HR professional for 20 years which gave her solid insight in the business world. After a master in Litterature and another in HR Management, she worked as an external consultant and internal HR Manager and Career Coach. She is a certified coach (International Coach Federation) and facilitated trainings, team buildings and management development activities. 

She has experience in the private as well as in the public sector.

Laurence has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. As a teacher, she qualified at ETY, a renowned international school (500 hours) and is a member of a recognised yoga union in Belgium (ABEPY) and in Europe (EUY).

Laurence speaks French, English and Dutch.

What is the difference between yoga and any other practices ?

Yoga is the only discipline to offer both physical and mental training at the same time. If you opt for yoga, you don’t have to choose between a workout and a soothing practice. You get both at once. 


 

What is the difference between a remote and an on-line yoga class? 

An on-line class is recorded once and is accessible for anyone at anytime (often on YouTube). A remote class is a video conference meeting with a yoga teacher. In this case, your employees have a real appointment. They make time and space for their wellbeing. Additionally, the teacher can adapt the session to the specific needs of the moment be it for a group or for an individual. 

What benefit can I expect for my employees?

The immediate effects of a yoga session are tension release, better concentration, physical strain relief and increased vitality. A regular yoga practice is proven to be efficient to regulate fatigue, anxiety and depression, to improve the immune system, to improve concentration and creativity and to reinforce and loosen core muscles for a better body posture. 

 

Where do stress release sessions take place? 

We can either make individual yoga sessions in your premises if you have a dedicated space for that and if that option seems adequate for you and your employee. We can also welcome people in our private practices located in the south of Brussels or in Waterloo. See the adresses below.

What benefit can I expect for my organisation?

Introducing yoga as a regular practice in your enterprise enhances work efficiency, reduces absenteeism, promotes company loyalty. It is also the company's best ally against burnout. 


 

What budget should I foresee?

We will make an offer based on your specific needs. However you can count on a basis of 10€ to 15€* per person per hour for a group of 10. Our customised offer depends on travel, material, length of the contract, frequency of the class and number of attendees.  Our individual yoga sessions are invoiced 60€* per hour + travel expenses. *Excluding VAT.
